Marie specializes in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her passion lies in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, panic and commitment and/or relationship issues due to attachment disorders. She merges Humanistic, Short-Term and Positive Psychology to her therapeutic approach and utilizes a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping.
